Why has my UPLAY Match been refunded?

Your UPLAY Match may be refunded for several reasons:
- The Fortnite lobby you joined had a high amount of bot players (players created by Fortnite to fill up the lobby).
- If you do not enter a match lobby in-game within 15 minutes your entry will be refunded.
- We cannot detect any results from your match.
- Your match did not meet the correct criteria and was canceled. This may be because you entered a squads match instead of solos, for example.
- An unexpected error occurred while processing your match.
If your match has been refunded you can try start a new UPLAY Match. If the error persists please Contact Support.
